As of 5:00 p.m. EDT, the call for abstracts closed. IAHPR members will have 3 weeks for their double-blinded review of the 36 abstracts. Approximately 12 to 14 abstracts will be selected. Notifications will be sent in mid-August.

Based on 47 invitations, 35 founding members completed their registration. In addition to a brief biography, each member reported his/her conference attendance to aid in the nomination of future meeting locations.

The call for abstracts was created and posted on the website. The website and call information were distributed to those who were invited to become a founding member. A more general call will be prepared for distribution by 15 April 2014.
